I just wanted to let you all know, I am still working on finding a way to upload the old podcast videos here. It’s really proving to be a bigger issue than I anticipated, and I appreciate your patience.
In other news, I am planning my first teaching trip since we started this pandemic. I am looking forward to being in Austin to see family, as well as spend time with my dear friends at the Austin Zen Center. It is always a pleasure to go see these sanghas in person, and hopefully will be able to plan more trips soon.
I am also considering if I want to do a regular online sitting group. Part of me always felt like I would only “start my own group” if I was working with another teacher that was not a white cis male, so this is a serious consideration for me. There are numerous other issues in regards to my teaching and practice and relationships with institutions and folks in those institutions that currently occupy my mind, and have me vacillating far more than I am use to. Your patience here is appreciated in all this as well.
I am still available to visit your sangha and teach, so contact me if you would like to discuss the possibilities. Aside from performing ceremonies, teaching in a variety of places on a variety of topics is at the top of my list of favorite things.
